As part of our Shaken Initiative, we are focusing on building relationships and connecting with our community in new and meaningful ways. We recognize that our world is rapidly changing, and we must adapt to meet the needs of our community in order to make a lasting impact. In addition to community outreach, we are also focusing on developing our internal culture as a church. We believe that strong relationships and a sense of belonging are key to building a thriving community, both inside and outside our walls. We are investing in our staff and volunteers, providing training and resources to help them grow and develop as leaders. We are also focusing on creating a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported. We believe that by strengthening our internal culture, we will be better equipped to serve and impact our community for years to come.
